We'd worked briefly with other Real Estate Agents before finding Brian and left them because they were more interested in selling us a house than helping us find the right home for us. Throughout the process, Brian was very responsive and up on current technology which I really appreciated. And when we did find the house we wanted, he got the inside scoop that a lower offer than the asking price would likely be accepted. And it was!
