Fueled by both creative passion and mission excellence, I’m a longstanding believer entrepreneurship and one who enjoys helping the spark coming alive in others. To date, I bring with me a strong background involving digital marketing, design, business performance/development, all things branding, and using my creative leadership to help propel industry initiatives forward. Overall, I am one who values integrity and transparency, places people over process, and am a firm believer that strong results (even amid a transient market) stem from strong, diversified teams. 

Prior to becoming a Branch Broker/ICON Agent at EXP Realty, my passion for digital marketing and business performance initially inspired me to begin my career journey specializing in all things sales, branding, and technology. To date, I have worn several hats with that as my foundation, ranging from a Sonar Technician in the US Navy, starting my own businesses from scratch, Digital Director at a major automotive advertising agency, even the Director of Technology at OKSBDC. I know now blend that acumen with my knack for connecting with all walks of life, I have since stumbled into the real estate arena. The goal? To lead my team and clients toward success and prove that any challenge can be overcome with the right mindset, guidance, and splashes of encouraging motivation.
